When you click on an eMail you will be able to read the threads. Threads appear and begin building.

You will know which eMails you’ve opened because they will no longer be in bold. If the conversation is continuing and new threads have appeared since you last checked, a star icon () will appear next to the eMail will alert you to this.

By clicking on the refresh button on your browser you can keep up to date with Holly’s new eMails she’s sending or receiving.
